Bonus / Incentive Plans

We cannot include incentive plans or any other plan of similar nature that are subject to your financial performance. As the employment agreement is not a tripartite agreement, rendering an employee eligible to participate in your incentive on such terms would create joint and severe liability for you in employment claims, and conversely, create liability for us in relation to a benefit over which we have no control.

That said, companies can use a Letter of Grant to directly agree on bonus conditions with candidates. Our team can provide templates upon request.
