How much does Panther cost?

We charge $499 per month per employee when billed yearly and $599 if billed monthly. This management fee makes sure your teammates employment remains compliant with local authorities.

This fee is added on top of your employee's gross salary, related  employer tax obligations, statutory required contributions (for eg., social security payments), and the cost for other benefits (for eg., private healthcare plans), which make up the total cost of employment (TCE).

We charge a security deposit of one-months payroll to cope with unforeseen costs, which is returned at the end of the contract. We do not charge any setup fees, monthly reservations or any other hidden fees.
