To add a new contractor, head to the New Hire tab and select Contractor.

Select the type of contract you'd like to create. There are three options:

  1. Fixed rate contracts, which should be used when paying contractors a fixed rate (ie $1,000) every payment cycle.

  2. Milestone-based contracts, which should be used when paying contractors per project or milestone. (coming soon)

  3. Hourly-based contracts, which should be used when paying contractors based on logged hours at a fixed hourly rate. (coming soon)

    Fill out the Contract details:

    • title

    • scope of work

    • start date

    • compensation amount, and payment period

    • end date (optional)

    • contractor details: name, email, and tax residence

The contract will be activated when both parties have signed it.
